No, I can’t explain why he’s covered in chocolate.

But, he’s saying “Salut!” off to the left, the caption to the left is “Chocozaki-sempai”, and the original twitpic caption “バレンタインにかいたチョコ咲先輩でてきた～～” is (I think) “Valentine ni kaita Chocozaki-sempai detekita”… whatever that means?

(On edit: as far as I can limp through without verb-stem kanji, maybe it’s something like “On Valentine’s Day, he appeared (with his name) written as ‘Chocozaki-sempai’”? IDK orz.)

I’ll throw my guess in: He wrote to his Valentine “I’ve become / am Chocozaki sempai.”　OR He wrote to hs valentine “Chocozaki sempai is here!”

*laugh* Chocozaki. <3

First Set of Charms, 2/2: Hatoful Boyfriend Edition!  These charms each have two “mini charms” that symbolize part of their character and/or story arcs throughout both the regular + BBL paths of the game. 

Phew, this was a lot of work.  I think my overall favourite charm of both sets is Shuu’s—his colouring came out quite well, and his extras work really well with him.  Least favourite is probably Yuuya—all the white birds were difficult to distinguish, and Yuuya had the least there to work with to make him unique.
