So that’s what ijikan is… wait, “foreign settlers”…

Does that mean Ukyo’s at least part foreign since that’s his grandfather’s house? O.O Not pure japanese? Uehh, how… exotic? I always assumed he was pure japanese, but… in that case which country is his grandfather from?

[If this was sci fi I’d speculate that he’s literally a denpa otoko / part alien or what and his split personalities were not just from a result of his world hopping but also as a result of his genetics fighting each other XD;;; kinda like Spock. It’s so tempting].

Ukyou: This is the house of the grandfather who adored me and loved me.

My grandfather passed away when I was in elementary school, and left behind nothing but this house.

I really loved this house. I have a lot of memories from this place.

…But in order to expand the roads around here, they decided they’d have to tear down the house.

Even though I opposed it with all my heart, because I was still an elementary school student, I couldn’t do anything about it.

And so, following my parents, who just decided on transferring overseas, I let go of Japan without knowing what happened to this house.

…15 years have gone by. I thought this house would’ve been taken down for sure, but…

Calm down.The buckles are just one of his characteristics. Just like how Shin likes melon soda and Ikki likes to hit on girls, he likes putting belts where they have no need to be. It’s a funny quirky characteristic of his actually, other than the fact that he likes to name his botanical experiments weird names. XD He wouldn’t be as interesting as a character without it. (Sadly a certain someone likes spamming belts too much to make this Kent’s unique point and instead made people adverse to characters with too many belts >D;;)

Short passage from the AMNESIA CROWD Limited Edition Special Drama CD.
Basically the five boys are forced by Waka-san to participate in a contest, in which they have to charm girls by reading sweet lines aloud (each set following a specific character trait). They more or less reluctantly agree to it as the price are tickets for an Onsen trip the girls (Heroine, Sawa, Mine) would enjoy.
Waka-san decided beforehand who has to read which sheet. Their characteristic role shifts by one character, meaning Shin basically has to read Ikki-lines, Ikki reads Kent and so on.

Here, Shin makes a remark about the lines Kent just read (which were pretty much from Toma’s point of view).

Shin: “It is true that out of the people present here the lines fit Toma the best. But, trapping someone in a birdcage, not even he would go that far.

Toma, what’s the matter? Holding your chest like that.”

Toma: “Uh, no it’s just… The lines Kent-san read… or the flow of conversation just now… It felt like they kind of stabbed my heart. I don’t really understand why though.”

Ukyo: “Uh, Toma is… Well, it probably can’t be helped.”

Kent: “Ukyo-kun, did something come to your mind?”

Ukyo: “(murmurs) Well, but it’s something from another world…”

Forever laughing how they are making fun of the cage of love, ahaha.

Anyone interested in the full track, check here. I also upped the Pre-Order Drama, but while I sure had fun with that as well, I don’t remember anything special about it.

*laugh* That cage is too fun to make fun of, like Kent’s belts and Shin’s tsun-ness.
